First impression

The gear that Gear Action refers to happens to be their outfits - or more appropriately, their uniforms. There is a lot of gay uniform porn fantasies going on here, mostly sports or public services like firemen. That sounds like a grand ole time to me, especially as the uniforms mostly stay on during the fucking.

The member's area is plain and simple, with a navigation running across the top of the page. There's plenty of eye candy in the main section, and it looks like the episodes are all listed down the main page. It probably would have been a bit better if these were on their own page, but it's not too bad.

Now this is a cool gay fetish that I can really get into. After all, athletes are some of the sexiest dudes around, and I've always wanted to get fucked by a guy in his gear. You're getting 68 episodes, and for whatever reason the photos get their own section. Probably could have used the video section too, in that case. There are 55 photos over there. Updates come weekly, so there's a good amount of fresh content going in to the site. If you do want a divided up photo and video selection, you can go over to the sitemap, so that complaint is quelled.

The video page has the streaming Flash video front and center, with a description off to the right. Then the photo set is linked underneath. There is also one downloadable option, given in MP4. The Flash window gives you a 480x360 video that buffers quickly and looks to be around 1 mbps in bitrate. The MP4 is a full scene download, and shown at 640x480 and 1 mbps. Older videos are provided in MOV format, and are shown at 480x360 and 900 kbps. I loved all the different uniforms that they have, and everything looks great. It's still an amateur feel for sure, but that adds to this site rather than taking away from it.

The photo galleries are a basic setup, and you're getting over 100 pictures per set. There are no zip downloads or slideshow options, but you do get some good amateur quality photos. They are shown at 700x525 and give you additional looks at these guys. With as hot as they are, that's certainly welcomed. You're also getting five bonus sites, although none in a gay niche quite like this.

Conclusion

Gear Action is an interesting gay niche site that will appeal to those of you into uniform porn, and especially the athletic gear part of it. It's a decent sized collection for such a specific niche, and the weekly updates certainly keeps things exciting. I wouldn't have minded additional viewing options and a few more bells and whistles, but overall it is a solid site.
