  Review summary: I can count gay medical fetish sites on one hand, so you can tell that I'm excited about Group Med Exams. It's a strictly medical fetish site, no hardcore action, and the guys are put through thorough exams by doctors and nurses. The content quality is good, but they could use some more bells and whistles to round out their core offerings.

  Review summary: They have a good thing going at HD Medical Exams, but ultimately the small size defeats it. It does not have a consistent update schedule yet, so the small size is a large detriment to the enjoyment of this site. There needs to be a larger collection, and more polish overall. The one thing I can't complain about is the video quality, however.
