First impression

UK Sirens promises an 'erotic and sexy' combination of videos and photo galleries starring British amateurs, porn stars, and exotic models from around Europe. Visually the site doesn't look that high tech from the outside - graphics and design look a little dated and simple, but the content previewed looks high quality and exciting.

Apparently the site is divided up into different 'channels' of content, that include public nudity, glamour and nude photography, hardcore sex with amateurs and porn stars, and other hot content. Being based in the UK this site charges in pounds (£), and for those in the UK you can also use your cell phone to pay for short windows of access, which is a neat feature and a much cooler way to handle a trial membership than other sites traditionally do.

I was still quite curious after checking out the homepage about just what sort of porn this site would deliver consistently - mostly amateurs? mostly glamour babes? mostly porn stars? - so I signed up to find out for myself. Read on for an in depth review of what UK Sirens has in store.

Our opinion

UK Sirens is a site that isn't easy to pin down. It has a lot of interests, from glamour shoots with beautiful Indian girls to hardcore sex with UK porn stars to public nudity with real amateurs from all parts of England. Unfortunately this eclectic, scattered interest is mirrored in some of the site's other feature in a less positive way. Though the site has its high points and low points, I think overall UK Sirens is going to be an interesting visit for those of you looking for British amateurs and porn stars specifically, but the sites ever-expanding scope of interests waters down its overall impact a bit.

An Eclectic Mix of Content Including Public Nudity, Nude/Glamour Photography & Hardcore Sex

Sites like UK Sirens - a decent size, made up almost entirely of exclusively produced content, and starring specific types of models - usually have a narrower focus, but that just isn't the case here. They've created different 'channels' of content in the members area to try and organize and capture all of the different shoots and videos they produce, but even so, I found the variety at times overwhelming.

The main channels and what they have to offer are: The Sirens, starring solo models, glamour girls and new talents; Post Card From, which are entertaining and cheeky outdoor shoots with girls flashing in public, giving tours of towns or getting nude in nature; Exotics, which is where you'll find lots of Indian girls nude, as well as girls from Asia and parts of Europe (like Portugal); and The Vault, which is older stock material that the team here produced for other sites in the past and retained the rights to.

That's a lot of different types of porn, mostly tied together by the fact that British girls star in the different scenes and galleries. You can go from very softcore teasing and topless flashing in public to rather intense hardcore sex - there was at least one movie with Double Penetration. Most of the library consists of the posing, masturbation, and nude modeling though. A great deal of the hardcore is found in The Vault, and is usually a poorer quality download, as well.

UK Amateurs, Girls Next Door, Exotics and British Porn Stars

The Sirens, which I suppose are the namesake of this site, are amateur girls. These models ranged from being very beautiful to very ordinary. Most are slim and natural, some are heavier and sport more curves. I found the group of exotic models to be the most enticing here, though, especially their Desi girls. The British porn stars you'll see are mostly in The Vault and its mostly older material starring them, probably from the beginning of their careers.

Inconsistent Mix of Video Downloads

My head was spinning trying to keep track of the different download options. It doesn't help that they will list the download options differently in one scene than the next. It might say 720p HD MP4 here, and 720 there, as an example. So I decided to just download a bunch of videos and start sorting through them. I found lots of different media options and they aren't repeated at the same frequency. The site really needs to label downloads more clearly, because its just a soup of formats, resolutions and bit rates at the moment and you have no idea what you're in for until you download.

The two main file types you'll come across are MP4 and WMV. The MP4s had various sizes and qualities: 640x460 (1 mbits), MP4 720x404 (3 mbits), MP4 1024x576 (8 mbits). The only actual HD video I found was in WMV with a 1280x720 screen (4 mbits), but another movie labeled "HD" was a WMV file with a 720x540 screen (3 mbits). Usually bit rates are indicative of quality but not so much here. That last WMV file format looked the poorest. The MP4 with 8mbits looked average. The HD video looked best but even that wasn't of the highest quality.

The promises of HD video are actually misleading. You can find some HD here, but it isn't very good HD and there isn't very much of it, and half of the content labeled HD is nowhere near it.

High Res Galleries & Zip-Archives

An oasis of beauty: picture galleries. The picture sets here were more consistent in their high quality and in their media settings. Pictures open to 2000x3000 pixels and are high resolution. Sets vary in size but are usually pretty large with 50-100 images. You can browse through them online or save them in zip-files.

If you come across a gallery with a download that doesn't describe itself as 3000px then it will not be high resolution. These images are usually 530x800 pixels instead. The photography work in all galleries is professional, at lest.

Members Area is Organized, But Needs Work

They've made some attempt at organizing this pretty mosaic collection of porn. You can browse models, browse videos or photos separately, or look through content using their channels. There is a search tool but it wasn't very helpful to me (I tried searching for things like big boobs, sex toys, etc). Considering how much different content they put on the site, I think a more thought-out and helpful way to browse it is a necessary improvement - categories, tags, anything that lets us better find our way through the wilderness of variety here.

Decent-sized Library, Updates Daily

The site is pretty large, but again I think the variety of material does it no favors because there are so many different types of material that there isn't a BIG collection of any specific type. Just a lot of different, smaller piles. They do add new material every day though so they are obviously ambitious and aim to give members the most possible.

No Bonus Sites, But Some Extras Included

There are no bonus or network sites included but they had an extras section. A few wallpapers for your computer and other knick knacks can be grabbed there, though the 'behind the scenes' content just looks like picture galleries to me. One thing I did like were the few video interviews I came across.

Overall Lack of Focus in the Content

Sometimes it is good to be open-minded and variety can be the spice of life, but for UK Sirens I felt it wasn't so much about being diverse as it was not having any focus or game plan in mind besides getting nude content and uploading it. The strongest area was The Sirens channel, where they shoot new amateur talent. The Exotics section was also very well done. I think they'd do well to focus their energies on this sort of material and build the site around it, making the public nudity and vault content more of a sideshow rather than sharing the main stage. This focus would also help in redesigning the members area to make it easier for members to browse and understand what their content options area.

Conclusion

An eclectic mix of softcore, hardcore, amateurs and porn stars from the UK, but the media options are as inconsistent as the content.

UK Sirens has a lot of interesting and mostly British amateur girls to introduce to you. The quality of the galleries is pretty much always very high, but the videos are much more hit and miss, utilizing different formats and downloads seemingly for every other video. The members area is organized quite well for such an eclectic mix of content, and regular updates keep things interesting. The site seems a little scatterbrained, trying to do too many things at once without focusing on any of them, and I think this lack of organization and direction has hurt the overall impact that they could have had with its pretty mix of real UK talents and exotic amateurs.

Competitors

British girls are what UK Sirens is most about, and there are of course several other sites that take those beauties as their centerpiece.

Simon Scans is one such site, a collection of high quality erotica and nude photography that allows for some very explicit shots of very pretty girls.

Only Tease is another large and long-established softcore site. As the name of the site suggests its about teasing here: posing nude, partially nude, or just teasing in their lingerie and clothing. The girls are all from the UK and the content quality is very high.

You can also give a visit to St Mackenzies - an erotic site set in a fictional all-girls school with sexy UK girls posing in their skirts, in detention, being punished and spanked by the headmistress and having softcore lesbian fun with each other as well.
