First impression

Pix and Video boasts giving you a daily porn update. That, in and of itself, is quite a feat, but when you look at how incredibly hot these babes are, you'll think all your porn dreams have come true. Additionally, you get up to 40 bonus sites with your membership. Does this all sound too good to be true? Well, there's only one way to find out, shall we?

Our opinion

First off, navigation inside Pix and Video could use some improving. When I enter a members' area, I want to see pictures and videos having separate menu links. This members' area doesn't have that. Their menu choices include About Us, Daily News, Daily Updated Gallery, Talk to the Girls (chatroom), Models (over 500), Fanclub, etc. There's a side menu that includes today's set, special videos, and bonus sites. (There's also a "set search" where you can choose the keywords/niche that you're looking for). Well, I want to see the videos, not "special videos," so I figured clicking on Daily Updated Gallery was probably my best shot.

The Daily Updated Gallery is basically a calendar with 60x80 thumbnails for every day of the week that the site is updated. (And, indeed, it is updated daily). When you hover over the thumbnail, it enlarges a little bit so you can better see the models. Still, this calendar doesn't delineate from pictures to videos, and I found out why. It appears each day's update contains both pictures and videos, though I do think of the word "gallery" as meaning pictures. But it's all semantics, so let's get on with the porn!

There are a lot of archives built up since they've been uploading every day since December, 2003. You can stream or download the videos in parts or in their entirety in medium or high quality. The parts are usually a couple minutes in length, while the full videos are around 20 minutes. Buffering is generally pretty good, though sometimes it pauses. The quality for both streaming and downloads is very good, sometimes amazingly so. The close ups are usually clear and the camera angles are pretty good. The videos play in a 1280x720 (approx. 3.09 Mbps) sized screen, which is a lovely size. Obviously this is only the case with the newest video updates, older content is lower quality.

The photos open to around 853x1280 pixels, with the galleries being zip downloadable. The quality is crystal clear and beautiful. The photo galleries contain from around 20 to over 100 pictures in each set.

Not all the videos are hardcore porn scenes. Some of them are interviews, which are entertaining and informative in and of themselves. The interviews do have some of the models' porn interspersed throughout, so it's not all fully clothed action. As to the porn videos themselves, there's plenty of hardcore action. You'll see hardcore male-female, lesbian, and threesome sex. There's also, among other things, double penetration, anal, and even fisting, so there's plenty of hardcore variety inside Pix and Video.

As to the women themselves, as I mentioned above, there are over 500 models. They are all stunning! They range from well known Eastern European porn stars, like Sandra Shine, Lara Craft, Veronica Da Souza, and Anetta Keys, to fresh faced newbies you've not seen before. The beauty carries on behind the camera as well, in that the quality of the photography and videography is very high. You can also tell the camera operators are professional because they choose very good angles and they generally have a steady hand.

Conclusion

My initial frustration over the navigation inside Pix and Video was quickly overcome by the quality of the content. For those who get a membership, just remember that Daily Updated Gallery contains all the episodes, each of which has a video and picture set. At any rate, the pictures and videos are crystal clear, even during the closeups, which are plenty. The babes are incredibly gorgeous, and the updates... well, how about daily updates! Because of these factors, I highly recommend Pix and Video.
