First impression

When I last signed up for an account at Premium HD Videos I was turned upside down and over by their sexy tour images. They are as impressing as I remember, though of course they have new samples and teasers online now. At the top of the page is a huge, richly detailed snapshot of Bree Olson topless and leaning over her sex slave's lap, his hard dick pointed up towards her pouting mouth -- she's just about to put those glossy lips around him. Premium HD Videos has a pretty clear market segment that it caters to: high definition and porn star buffs. They have done something special in that space and are one of the best picks in hardcore porn if you want true HD. The site doesn't really wander from their goal of providing top quality and full length HD video. There was a link to HD Live Cams and Live Shows in the menu, but this goes to another third party site and isn't part of the main Premium HDV set of services.

Like the tour, the members area uses some really large thumbnails for the most recent updates. You can click on it and a large streaming video starts to play right on the spot. The HD download options are also immediately available on that same page. The rest of the updates are shuffled into neat rows below with smaller thumbnails. You can see the meta data for the scene which includes the name of it, the channels it's categorized under, the models who star in it, the date it was uploaded, and its star rating as given by other members. A good, quick dose of info for making picks by, or you can click on those areas to jump to the associated pages of interest. For example, one of the previews starred Mikayla Mendez and was in Big Tits, Cumshots, and Handjob channels. If I click on her name it will take me to her model page with links to her other scenes. If I click on Big Tits or Handjobs it takes me to that channel of porn on the site.

A brief word on the channels: they are just a fancy name for categories that you'll find on all sites and there were 17 plus the "ALL" category. They include Anal, Asian, Babes, Big Tits, Blowjobs, Cumshot, Ebony, Fetish, Groupsex, Handjob, Hardcore, Interracial, Lesbians, MILF, POV, and Toys.

While the porn does tend to focus on one aspect of the sex more than others, most of the action can fit into a general hardcore category. The stars are just that: porn stars. There were over 400+ models here including really sought after models that are quite hot right now. They rub shoulders with girls that have been in demand for the past few years. I like that they don't just focus on the really big, established names but are paying attention to the new girls who are hot and getting hotter quick. Seeing these new models in original, high definition scenes is a treat.

The majority of models had big tits, round asses, and end up with their face, tits, or asses covered in a sticky cascade of man juice at the end of each scene. The girls are hot and the porn is very well done. The great directing, lighting, and camera work makes the 1080p High Definition movies look all the more amazing and impressing. I stand by my opinion of the site from about 9 months ago: they have the best HD video in online porn still. You can download the scenes in MP4 files that have a 1920x1080 resolution and a +11 mbits/s bit rate. There were also 720p HD downloads (1280x720 at 8 mbits) and 540p downloads (960x540 at 5 mbits). An additional format is available for an iPod/Mobile-ready download at 272p.

All movies here can be streamed online as well. The player loads quickly and has an excellent playback at its HD setting, a full 720p HD that rivals the quality of the download. The payer is Flash and embedded right into the web page so you only have to click play to enjoy. There is a medium quality setting of 960x540 pixels as well if you connection can't support the 720p HD quality stream. Running times average 30 minutes across the site.

I wasn't crazy about the navigation last time, and in 2011 they haven't done a whole lot to improve it. The meta data on scenes and the channels are helpful so that when you spot something you like, you can find more of it, but small touches were missing. The model index can only be sorted by name, for example, not popularity. That being said, the custom search query tool lets you get pretty specific and turns up good results without much issue.

The scenes featured a number of pictures with each video. The galleries average ~150 pictures that are all high resolution with 1280x850 resolutions. The content in the galleries is almost identical to the movies. You can browse through pictures online or save them in zip files which have all the images compressed into a single file download.

Conclusion

Premium HD Videos has only very minor issues with navigation to overcome, and is otherwise the standard for quality and true 1080p HD porn. These videos really make you feel like you're peaking through a monitor-sized hole in the wall and the models are fucking and sucking cum just a few meters away. They did a great job with the casting, working with hot popular as well as up coming porn star models, and the quality of production is at its maximum. With daily updates and hundreds of models and movies online it makes a great choice for those who want high def porn.
