First impression

Fame Digital is the virtual nerve center where about two dozen different high profile sites combined. These are the official sites of famous producers/male talent Rocco Siffredi and Peter North, mega porn stars like Tera Patrick, and big name porn studios such as Devil's Films. The tour promises that, together, these sites will bring you more than 12,661+ episodes of hardcore action, and that new scenes are added every single day. There were a few short video previews, and several pictures and thumbnails to gaze at, all of which point towards Fame Digital being every bit the mega site it claims to be.

Our opinion

Fame Digital calls its members area "your official porn star portal," which turns out to be quite apt. The site is very much a portal in its design, with top-level navigation, menus with category search filters, tabs to adjust how results are displayed and quick reference tools to dig out specific models, series, or DVDs. These are used to sort through the site's movies, pictures, and stars with general ease. If you have any idea of what you're interested in you'll find plenty of results returned when you go looking for it, and that indeed is the really exciting part: this site is massive! The numbers are not an exaggeration and if anything the site's diversity is quite understated on the tour.

There is no easier way to paint a picture than to look at the list of categories. There are 7 top level categories: Straight Porn, Bisex, Vintage, Indian, BBW, Granny/GILF, and Shemale/Tranny. The Straight Porn category hosts more than 80% of the overall content (more than 10,000 or the 12,000+ scenes). The Straight Porn category is also divided into dozens of more specific niches and keywords: anal, anal cream pie, blondes, big tits, behind the scenes, double penetration, double vaginal, hairy, huge dick, cum swapping, gang bang, and many, many more. Using these you can dig out the content you most want to see at any time.

The episodes are drawn from DVDs like Northpole, Slutty Girls Love Rocco, POV, I screwed My Stepsister's Girlfriend, Gangland, and Pickup Lines. They have a lot of recent releases here as well as content that stretches back for decades. If you want to revisit pornstars popular in the late 90s you can find a lot of them here. Likewise, if you want to stick to the girls that are hot right now, you can do so without any trouble. With such a large library, there is a lot of depth in every aspect of the site: no matter the niche, no matter the sort of porn star you want to see, there's a lot of content to get acquainted with.

Fame Digital lets you stream the movies online in a Flash video player or download them in Windows Media files. These are the only two formats you can pick from, but each format has different settings. There is a High and Low quality WMV download -- at best it will be a 720x480 pixel resolution file with a 2 mbits/s bit rate. There are multiple quality settings for the Flash video player as well. The "HD" setting looks best at 960x540 pixels but it isn't true high definition. All media options are for the full length scene only, and most of them run 20-30 minutes.

There was an entire separate area for the 2,394 picture galleries. These are professional photographs that resemble some of the scenes. Some sets are high resolution (1080x1620 pixels, as well as other sizes), but several are not and come in rather small resolutions. You have to look through the pictures in a Flash-powered gallery. There are no zip file downloads.

Updates were being made about 4-6 times a day, and it's not all from the same DVD. Each site on the network tends to update about once a week or twice a week, so you're getting different scenes from different niches and producers. This makes for a healthy diversity in materials each day.

Conclusion

Fame Digital has quite a network here, all of the site's content is easy to get at through their main portal, and boy is there a lot to get at. The promises on the tour all checked out.

I thought they were a little limited when it came to media options but what they had to offer were good to great in quality -- about as much as you can expect from DVD-sourced porn. There was not true HD options though. With multiple daily updates and a library the leaves most sites in its shadow, Fame Digital is a great value for porn lovers.
