The only promise you receive in the intro is updates every second day after September the 1st. Click the ‘join’ button to see what else is in store at Evelyn’s Glamour – exclusive photo sets of Evelyn herself, super high quality pictures in 3 formats, High Definition movies, famous Czech babes & stars, good styling and location.

First impression

The intro page is quite messy, and despite all the attractive models gazing back at you, it is not particularly inviting.

For a glamour photography website, you might expect something a little classy but the layout is anything but. Upon entering the member’s area, you have the option of choosing from four recent issues or you can browse the entire catalogue by date added. Evelyn has her own exclusive photos, or click to see her exclusive models, Czech babes, search for a particular model or vote for your favourite. Each button is a cover photo, but side by side the page just looks plain too busy.

Our opinion

Evelyn is an official Czech edition Playboy Playmate 2006 and has began her own glamour website in the effort to put the ‘Glam’ back in Glamour. With the goal of becoming the best glamour site on the internet is went through a complete reconstruction at the beginning of 2007. I’m not sure what it looked like then, but I think they could have done a better job, hopefully there will be another re-vamp because currently it does not do justice to the quality content.

So despite the simple yet clunky layout of the website, the photos are of very high quality and well shot. As promised, the locations and styling are very good, with beautiful models in attractive poses.

When browsing all models there are 11 pages each with 12 galleries of beautiful women, number of photos per model range from around 30 to 140 so there is plenty of glamour eye candy. In each gallery you can download the pictures at high (2500px), medium (1280px) or low quality (800px), save as a zip gallery and download a poster (also zip file).

I counted a mere 5 videos, but would like to see more. The models are stunning and the videos rely heavily on this because the production values were a little hit and miss. Compared to the look and feel of the photo shoots some of the videos don’t pack the same punch – they are basically documenting the photo shoots with some basic graphics and music thrown in. The videos high quality downloadable movies in "High Definition" WMV-HD 960x540 (average file size 170MB), 480x360 (average file size 50MB) and FLV 800x450 (average file size 60MB) or you can choose to watch them on the instant Flash video on screen.

Although the download speed was a tad slow, there were a couple of videos that were actually pretty good, but there are amateur qualities like camera shake, shadow of the camera man. They feature one or two models, if it’s a solo act they perform a sexy strip but the duos is where it really heats up. Two gorgeous women helping each other undress and fooling around would be hell for a hardcore fan to watch but would delight the glamour buffs. For glamour videos, Evelyn’s is lacking but the High Def option is definitely a bonus and it seems there are many exclusive models so hopefully there will be many more videos in the near future.

The voting feature was not what I though it would be, you just give the page a rating out of 1–5 stars to “improve the quality of our member’s area”.

The exclusive Evelyn photos take up approximately half of the whole site’s content, it is after all her site! But she really knows how to work it and looks great. The exclusive girls section features 71 individual galleries while the Czech girl gallery has 61, but personally I can’t tell the difference between the Czech and non-Czech models, they’re all gorgeous – tall, tanned, perfect bodies with killer looks.

Conclusion

As I said before, while the girls are flawless, Evelyn's Glamour is not. Basically, it’s boring. If you want a decent selection of glamour photos, Evelyn's Glamour does deliver the goods - high quality pictures of stunning women in great locations, but that’s it. There are no special or interesting features.
