First impression

Doctor Tushy promises to have unique medical fetish content. There are gyno, rectal, and medical exams, enemas, rectal thermometers and other "hands on" doctor attention. These women apparently don't dislike going to the doctor because they seem willing to bare it all and open every orifice for examination.

There's easy navigation in Doctor Tushy's menu options: Main, Stories, Picture Gallery, Movie Gallery, Update Calendar, and Bonus Reviews. Stories just has one story; more is promised soon. Update Calendar shows over 25 thumbnails of future updates. Bonus Reviews are sites Doctor Tushy recommends, some of which deal with the medical fetish.

As a member, you are also able to give input as to what you'd like to see for upcoming content. I like that personal touch; it shows a good bedside manner.

Stepping into the exam room, Pictures reveals almost 200 photo galleries. The photos open to 700x467 pixels and are usually of very good quality, with many close ups. Unfortunately, there is no zip download option. Most of the photo galleries have female doctors and nurses examining female patients. There are several galleries with males as doctors; sometimes there are threesomes with all females or two males and a female patient.

There are almost 200 medical video episodes. These open to a pretty good quality 640x480 screen in WMV and MPG; full screen mode diminishes quality. As promised in the tour, you can view these movies in parts or in their entirety. Full length movies are up to 10 minutes long and can be 100 MB or larger - usually they are around 60 MB though.

The content, as you can imagine, revolves around the medical fetish. Female patients go to the doctor for various complaints, but no matter the complaint, they are soon undressed and spread wide for the doctor and/or nurse to examine. They're poked, prodded, and probed, and the camera is there to capture all of it.

Conclusion

Doctor Tushy is a good site for the medical fetish. There's a lot of good quality material inside. According to the tour, there seems to be a new episode added once a week. But while the amount of content and general quality is good, I feel there could've been a lot more close ups. What close ups there were of, for example, the speculum shots, tended to be blurry, which is disappointing for those who want detailed close ups of such areas. All in all, Doctor Tushy is running a low grade fever and could use some extra vitamins for improved vigor.
