With the amount of shemale porn out there, you would think that someone has gotten into the casting videos side before this. As it turns out, Tranny Auditions is the first shemale site of its kind that I've ever seen. The layout of Tranny Auditions looks great. It's a very modern looking paysite layout, with a sidebar along the left that gives you a ton of different options for browsing, including a keyword search. The latest updates greet you from the middle, and there are all sorts of tempting trannys to get your dick hard. One thing that I did notice right off the bat is that there unfortunately this is not a pure amateur shemale site. The very first update that I spotted featured Renata Aravjo, who has certainly been around the shemale porn block. So the amateur shemales might all be experienced tranny pornstars, but either way they look like they're going to show some truly hot solo masturbation content. The next blow to Tranny Auditions comes from its size – there are only 10 episodes, and the update schedule tends to be monthly instead of weekly. Given that this site is really just a shemale masturbation site in an audition wrapper, they really need a lot more content to keep up with the big guns of shemale porn.

The episode pages are as nicely designed as the rest of the site. There's an enticing 640x480 Flash streaming video that gives you a look at one hell of a juicy thumbnail before you scroll down to the rest of the page. Immediately under that you have the ability to add the video to your favorites or quicklist, comment on the video, or choose between three different download options. Then there's a description, link to the model in the scene, and categories that it fits under. At the bottom of all that you have a full photo shoot (that you can also access via the pictures section) waiting for you.

The videos come in two different versions of MP4 and a WMV. The first MP4 is the highest quality, but it's not shown in HD porn quality like I was expecting. Instead you're getting an average 640x360 and 1.1 mbps. It's not horrible by any means, but the tour made me believe they were packing some crazy quality stuff in here. The WMV is a midrange quality at 480x270 and 1 mbps, and the other MP4 is made for Ipods and shown at 320x170 and 500 kbps. Although the quality is a bit of a letdown, the length of the videos are much higher than average for a solo shemale masturbation scene. They go all the way up to 30 minutes, and tend to be around the 25 minute range.

The photo sets don't disappoint with their quality at least. They are a bit on the small side at 533x800, but the quality is definitely there. Tranny Auditions needs a lot more growth, a more frequent update schedule, and more true amateur shemales before they can really stand out. As it is right now, it's just a themed shemale masturbation site, and you can find plenty of those (and much bigger). The bonus network holds up the site, so if you think you'd like to check it out then it's worth a look, but if you're just after the main site content you should hold off.
