First impression

Tranny Sandwich's logo certainly made me hungry, but the look in their shemale's eyes awoke appetites of a different nature. The sidebar has all the navigation you'll need for their main content and their bonus network, the middle has rotating thumbnails that give you a good preview of the scene when you hover over it, and all in all it looks like they have the user friendly designation down pat.

Our opinion

Tranny Sandwich does a great job at making a good first impression – the tour had me horny before I was anywhere near logging in, and good layouts always make me wet (yes, I'm a nerd, sorry!). However you do end up coming off of it rather quickly once you realize that there are only 11 episodes on the site, and it's hard to figure out what their update schedule is going to be like. They get kudos for shooting exclusive shemale shemale male threesomes, which is a fairly rare shemale combination, but that collection size is miniscule in the grand scheme of shemale porn.

Well, regardless of the size issues of Tranny Sandwich, it's time to check out the videos. The individual video page, like the rest of the site, is very nicely laid out. The big Flash window greets you the moment you click through, a 640x480 welcome mat that gives you a quick streaming option. You also have the description, model information (linking to a model directory), categories, and the download links. Further down on the page is a full photo gallery that you can also access via the Picture section. A few other options include adding the video to your favorites or your quick list.

The download videos come in three flavors, with no DRM on any. There are two MP4s, one for the high quality version, and one for the Ipod version. The 'high quality' version barely hits the mark for high quality, and does not even begin to approach HD. Given the dearth of good HD shemale porn, this is a major letdown. It is shown at 640x360 and 1.15 mbps. Not only is that about half the size of true HD porn, the bitrate is typical of DVD quality as opposed to HD. The Ipod version is 320x160 and 500 kbps, and there's a mid range WMV version shown at 480x270 and 1 mbps.

The quality could be better, but the action was great. There was no set location or method to this horny madness. Some of the shemales were all over each other and got to the guy later, some had the guy taking both of them in turns, others were tag teaming that dick – it was great to see the variety in shemale models and action. Plus these videos are pretty lengthy, with most hitting the 30 minute mark or over.

Each video also comes with a photo set, although it's not a screencap set like you might assume. Instead it's a full high quality photo set. The pictures look very good, crisp and clear with good production value. The size itself is a bit on the small side at 533x800, but the quality is there. There are over 200 photos per set, and you can look around with a slideshow feature. There is a button for zip downloads as well, but as of right now they are not working.

It's pretty obvious at this point that Tranny Sandwich can't really stand on its own, but if you're looking at the whole package you're getting a lot for your money. This is because the company behind Tranny Sandwich has one of the most extensive bonus networks I've ever been in. They have a sizable amount of shemale porn with about 650 scenes. The entire network has 27,000+ scenes (no I'm not putting in extra 0's) and 177 bonus sites. A vast majority of these are straight, but you will find many more shemale porn sites in the mix. The material is mostly non exclusive, but this group has a fair amount of exclusive material that you won't find on any other networks.

Conclusion

Tranny Sandwich needs to have a much larger base collection as well as the implied HD videos mentioned on the tour before it can really start to make an impact. On its own it's almost certainly a pass, but if you're in the mood to take a ride around the bonus network this site does end up being a pretty good value for the money.
