First impression

Sometimes it seems like every gay site that I'm taking a look at is a twink site, which means that they have to do a lot to stand out. The update schedule is looking pretty damn good with updates every 3-4 days of a photo and a video set, and you're getting 60 videos and 58 photo sets in total. Given that they started up in January, I have to say that that's a damn good size to start off with.

The action and locations tend to vary from scene to scene - while it's not wildly creative, you are getting a good variety overall. The video pages are on the basic side, with streaming and download sections, a quick description, and screencaps underneath. You're not getting a ton of different download options - just WMV and Ipod MP4, with a big WMV video for the streaming. The best quality is the WMV shown at 640x480 and 1.5 mbps. The bitrate is nice, but the resolution is a bit below average quality. The Ipod version is shown at 320x240 and 400 kbps. If you want a quick preview of the action you can take a look at the screencap sets underneath. There are about 50 caps per set, and you can see them shown as regular sized thumbnails. They don't open up into larger pics, so you'll have to take them as they are.

If you're looking to get actual photo sets of these bareback loving twinks, you're going to need to go ahead and head over to the photo sections. Conclusion

Bareback Twinkz isn't bad, but it doesn't stand out either. The update speed is nice, but the video quality is merely average. In a world full of HD twinks, they really need to increase the quality at least a little bit to be able to compete. With that said, the collection is rapidly growing in size, and it's worth at least a look.
