College Boy Physicals takes on medical fetish with college aged amateurs, showing them getting checked out by doctors that are hardly licensed in anything but hardcore perversion. You never really realize just how kinky the doctor's office could be, but it certainly is fascinating once you see exactly what they're doing with all that equipment.

The member's area is a bit on the plain side, and you have two navigation bars at the top. The upcoming updates and favorites are given right at the top, and you'll see all sorts of medical sex happening as you skim through the thumbnails.

Our opinion

There aren't really that many gay medical fetish sites, and when the tour starts talking about speculums and all that fun stuff you know they caught my attention right away. They update once a week, and the "doctors" that stop by come from all types, tending to their mostly twink and jock patients.

There are 725 episodes, and the site has been going since the beginning of 2007. So not only is this a rare niche, it's a rare niche that is packing a decent sized collection. The episode pages feature a thumbnail and a lengthy, thorough description. Under that you have links to the different episode sections. You're getting full length videos, clips, and a photo set with each one.

There are three different formats offered in four different qualities: WMV, Mov, and Real Player. You can opt to go for the full scene if you don't mind the wait, or shorter clips if you do. There's also a streaming Flash video if you would rather not wait at all. They are shown at 640x480 and 2 mbps, 480x360 and 500 kbps, 240x180 and 200 kbps, and 192x144 and 100 kbps. The production values are good, and the 2 mbps video looks great, even if it's not as big as you might be expecting. The medical sets look authentic, and they get their hands on some interesting medical equipment for sure. The videos run for about 20 hot minutes. The photos are actually screencaps for many scenes, shown at 640x480 and 1200x800. They're an average quality cap, and you get over 75 photos per set. There are no slideshows or zip downloads in this set. Scattered throughout the cap sets are photo shoots, but they aren't designated as one or the other when you go through the collection.

Bonus wise, you're getting 3 bonus sites to check out that include sites such as HS Boys and Broke Straight boys.

Conclusion

College Boy Physicals covers a rare niche, and does it pretty damn well. While there are medical fetish scenes from time to time at other sites, no one really centers on it, and especially no one with the collection size that they're sporting here. A bit of a resolution boost would do nicely to improve the site here, but overall it is very solid.
