Filthy Figments is an erotic comics site offering a variety of styles and topics in high quality digital comic books. The artists are all very talented women, and together they produce over 100 pages of new comics every month. They also offer pin up artwork to download.

Many of these erotic art libraries can be hit or miss, but Filthy Figments comes with high recommendations and makes some fantastic promises. Filthy Figments is an independent site powered by the art of twelve talented women. They produce up to 100 pages of new comic book and pinup content each month for their members, and offer a large library of archives to browse and enjoy as well. The site is focused 100% on drawings and comics in various styles, and also 100% original.

A Variety of Styles and Topics

They really explore and have fun with many styles of comics, from classic strips to traditional comic books, with art that is every bit the level you'll find on the rack in your local comics book store. In fact, many of their artists have been published like presses as distinguished as Dark Horse Comics. You'll also find manga, realistic sketches, bubbly cartoons and other styles.

As for the erotic content inside, you can count on lots of gay, lesbian, and hardcore sex throughout. They also dive bravely into niche interests like Futanari/Dickgirls, tentacles and other hot topics. It's a wonderfully diverse mix of kinks, fetishes, and straightforward eroticism.

Real Artists

The women drawing and writing the comics are very skilled, and all of them make a living doing illustration work. Many have mainstream comics they've drawn for or are actively working on at the moment. Unlike too many sites in the adult comics niche, this one brings new and original content, not the same stuff you'll find on the carbon copy mega sites out there. As such, you can real expect a different level of quality from these stories and drawings - not just artistically, but in terms of story and the creativity in each story.

A Large Collection

There were 16 completed comic series online at the time of my visit, and 29 that they are actively writing for and updating regularly. As promised, they are adding at least 100 pages or pinups every month. Looking over their update history, it looks like several new pages of a series or pinup drawings are added almost every day, though they sometimes skip one or two days here and there. It's a very active site though and they are busy busy busy creating hot new adult comics all month long.

High Quality Digital Images & Book-Viewers

Most of the comic book pages will open to 800x1200 pixels, and they open in an online book reader. It's just a web page with the image in the center of it, but using your arrow keys you can go forward or backwards page by page. It's simple but it works very well and makes browsing issues online a dream. Alternatively you can download the issue you are reading to your hard drive. The downloads come in CBR format - so you'll need to download an app that can view it. It's a special format for comic books and there are some free apps out there to make use of.

Downloads A Little Slow

The download speeds were slow, but files rarely exceed 20mb - these took about 1 minute to download and up to 5 minutes.

When it comes to quality and original adult comics and art, Filthy Figments sits quite comfortably above the competition.

This is a big site and it has some fantastic artists working to make it that way. If you're tired of those big everything-in-one collections that are full of low quality, repetitive drivel, treat yourself to a subscription here. It's very affordable, it offers a large variety or erotic content and artistic styles, and every month over 100 pages of new drawings and comics are added. With their convenient online comic viewer and CBR file downloads, you really can't go wrong here.
