First impression

The name Exclusive Club is pretty vague for a site so finely nuanced in its approach to the medical fetish. Everything about the tour for Exclusive Club suggests it is a very exciting and "pure" fetish site that fans of nasty nurses, gyno exams and extreme vaginal closeups are going to fall in love with immediately. Promises of HD quality videos, loads of high-res pictures and a large collection of bonuses have got me hooked and excited to see what it's like within the members area. Let's check it out and see if Exclusive Club lives up to its many promises.

Our opinion

Once you get inside of Exclusive Club you'll realize that they weren't pulling your leg about their dedication to the medical fetish niche. The pages here are absolutely loaded with exciting material that I feel comfortable referring to as "pure" fetish content. What does that mean, exactly? It means that this isn't one of those sites that try to cash in on fetish fans by offering bubbly pornstar babes in nurse outfits and hardcore sex scenes. It is about the things that bring pleasure to the true fetishists in the medical niche: speculums, medical exams, vaginal closeups, nasty nurses masturbating with toys and medical tools and the occasional hardcore fucking to wrap up a kinky vaginal or anal exam.

The website is a little bit busier than I'd like and makes gathering your bearings difficult on your first visit. The content is organized quite well but the way they label the links and position them on the site leads to confusion. Once you realize how it works, though, it's very easy to get around. There is a black bar at the top of the page that has links to everything you need. The first is a red box that lets you browse the site by the amateur model's name that appears in a scene. After that are links to Examination, Nasty Nurse and Solo Girl. These are collections of photo galleries, organized according to their content. After that is the generic Videos link where you can find all of the site's movies. The Vault and Forum links are to the bonus goodies, a load of extra movies and pictures and a message board respectively.

In terms of numbers you can count on having 30 medical fetish movies at your disposal at the time of this review. These range in running times from 15 to over 45 minutes. As mentioned it is almost entirely pure fetish material with very realistic medical settings and exams. You can download them in DVD or HD quality Windows media formats. The DVD setting offers a very good playback quality at a 640x360 resolution. The HD setting offers an excellent playback quality at a 1280x720 resolution (720p HD). All movies can be streamed online in good quality Flash videos as well. It should be noted that only the last 14 updates are available in HD downloads.

Exclusive Club has made good on most of its tour promises so far. There are HD movies, access to The Vault, streaming DVD gyno movies and the content is exclusive. We were promised over 40,000 high-res pictures as well. I counted a total of 134 photo galleries divided up into the three main categories (solo girls, nasty nurses and examinations). The solo girl sets appeared to be the smallest, averaging around 100 pictures in each set. The Exmaination sets were the largest, containing well over 300 pictures in most sets. The Nasty Nurses fell somewhere in the middle. Doing a rough estimate I get around 25,000 to 30,000 images total which is just a bit short of the promised 40,000+. If we count the action in The Vault extras section we will crest the 40k mark, though. As promised these pictures are large, crisp high-res shots. You can browse them online or download them in easy to grab zip files.

Conclusion

One thing to make very clear to potential members out there is that Exclusive Club is going to appeal to you if you have a very serious medical fetish. If you're just looking for busty pornstars in nurse uniforms having conventional hardcore sex this isn't the site for you. If what you're seeking are kinky and rich fetish encounters with loads of speculum play, super vaginal closeups, sexually tainted gyno exams and nurses being very nasty with toys and tools then you've found a great match.
