First impression

HQ Upskirt is a voyeur site that specializes in upskirt videos and pictures. From the look of the tour it is a community-powered site, or at least it has community features and allows members to upload to the collection. A quick glance over the recent updates show sexy European girls with long legs, cameras snooping up under their short skirts for a peek of their panties or the lack thereof.

While a few of the shots seem too explicit and fortunate to not be staged, most of what we see looks to be real material taken on the streets with unknowing amateur women.

I signed up to have a look at the full collection of pictures and videos. Read on for all the details of a subscription, what the media options are like, and other important information you should know before deciding.

Our opinion

HQ Upskirt's members area is near identical to the "tour", only now you have access to streaming and download options for the full length videos and picture galleries. Across the top you have tabs for movies, photos, uploading, community, account management and for inviting your pervert friends.

As I suspected from the tour, the library is mostly "real" voyeur footage, and looks to have been made in some corner of Eastern Europe from the look of the city and the girls. In most clips I watched how they attempted to get good views of the girl from the front as they walk by, but most of the footage is from behind the girls. The guys with the camera, apparently slung on some low-hanging boom or cane, are hurrying to catch up to the long, smooth legs strutting down the city sidewalk. When near enough they angle up the camera, which is near the girl's heels, and give us a nice peak at what's up there. In many cases these women have nothing on or at the most a sexy pair of panties or a thong.

They have a taste for sexy younger women in their 20s and early 30s. I didn't see many MILFs or Matures. The girls have great bodies and beautiful legs, and are dressed up with sexy style as well.

While most of what I found was real, there were quite a few videos and pictures that are obviously staged. In some cases, they are probably uploaded by the girls themselves. There's a hot clip of an 18-year-old hottie flirting with her camera in a miniskirt, giving us a look at her round butt cheeks and hot pink panties, for example. In another scene it's obvious that the camera is set up and the girl knows it is there as she walks up, sits in front of the bench, and spreads her legs--pretending to ignore the camera's presence. These faked clips are usually more explicit with clear views of the girl's naked pussy.

The download options at HQ Upskirt were limited. You can only save the movies in a full length MP4 format, but there were HQ and LQ settings. They were 1280x720 screens (2.4 to 3.4 Mbits) and 818x460 screens (1.2 Mbits), respectively. Many videos are filmed vertically (long rather than wide). The staged videos had better bit rates and image quality.

You'll find the average video runs about 1-5 minutes long.

All of these movies could be watched instantly online as well. They play in an embedded Flash video format with a 512x384 screen. The quality is about as good as the downloads. Even the 1280x720 downloads are only average in playback quality, even though they are big enough to be 720p HD. This probably has to do with the fact that the movies are taken secretly.

At the time of my visit there were 172 videos but only 35 picture albums, each album averaging 30-50 pictures. The photos are 1200x800 pixels in size or close to it. Some are dark, obviously taken on dance floors in clubs. Others have great lighting and explicit views which were staged, or perhaps the girls were drunk enough to spread their legs and let the guys take a better photo. You can browse through images in the online gallery but they didn't have zip file downloads.

1 new video has been added every day for a while now, but image galleries haven't been added to in 2 months.

The last feature the site offered was the community section, but this turned out to be a bust. No profiles have images, and if you click to view a profile you go to the main page of the members area instead. They do have a tool for browsing members and for sending messages within the site, but for now this community stuff seems to be out of use and not quite perfected. It would be a nice feature so I hope that it gets up and running in the future.

Conclusion

HQ Upskirt has a good collection of real and staged upskirt voyeur movies and photos. The media options were quite good for the genre, but the site was a little shaky in other areas. But overall its material and footage make it worthwhile pick if you're into seeing up pretty girls' skirts.
