Our opinion

Needless to say, I'm rather excited to get in and start digging through the collection at Rear Stable. They update every two days or so, so you're constantly getting additions to this collection of 108 full DVDs and 257 models that tend to have solo and hardcore photo sets as well. There are two different browsing options that you can use to get through these collections - chronological or alphabetical. The guys here tend to be very fit, very hunky gay pornstars that can go for hours in the bedroom. These DVDs are all Raging Stallion Studios productions, so you might have see some of these kicking around before.

The video pages have a pretty good setup. You get links to all of the gay pornstars that are starring in the flick, and underneath you have the scenes that come with the DVD, as well as any photo sets associated with it. Each scene has its own video page with a quick description and the viewing options. You can stream or download each video, and I particularly liked their streaming setup. You can pick between Flash and WMV for it, and there is a fuck ton of different bitrates that allow you to tailor the video to your connection speed, starting at 38k and going up to 1.5 mbps. The download is full scene and in WMV only, protected by DRM that requires you to put in your username and password on every download. The scenes are long at over 20 minutes each, and each DVD has around 4 scenes. The latest videos are shown at 850x478 and 1.59 mbps, and they look very good. Theme wise, you're getting a hell of a mixed bag, from typical hardcore to things as kinky as dog boys. The older video quality is about average at 640x480 and 700 kbps.

The photo sets are given on video pages and model pages - it would have been nice to have had a central section for these. There are two types - hardcore sets tend to come around from the videos, while solo sets are just low key shoots of the models. The sets tend to be on the smaller side at about 50 pictures per set, and they average 675x900. The quality is very good, and you'll like getting these additional views of things.

Extras wise, there's a section of third party feeds in case you'd like some more, and one very interesting music to fuck to section. The men live section shows the shows that you get access to, featuring men across the network. There's also model interviews and archived cam shows. You can't forget the bonus sites either, running along the top of the page. You get access to Sex Gaymes, Twinks.com, High Octane, Rear Stable, Hot Barebacking, and Fisting Central.
