First impression

Doctor Adventures is one of the Brazzers network's flagship sites. Our last visit to its members area was three years ago, and since then it looks like a lot has changed. From the design, to the amount of video content, to the High Def quality new scenes are promised to be added in. The parent network, Brazzers, has also grown significantly larger and as in 2008, they promise full access to all of those sites as a bonus.

We were excited to get inside and have a look around what Doctor Adventures and Brazzers has to offer in 2011. Read on for an in-depth review of all the site has to offer.

Our opinion

Doctor Adventures is one of the Brazzer's networks jewels. The site has been online since 2005, and has ever since its launch updated once a week with a new episode, every week, without exception. That has added up to some big numbers: 286 video scenes and picture galleries and hundreds of porn star models.

That's significantly larger than what we found here in 2008. It also turns out that the site has made some major upgrades to the media options. Since mid-2009 Doctor Adventures has offered HD options, which have since been increased even further.

Most scenes added since 2009 come in WMV files with 1980x1080 screens (+8 Mbits) that offer a fantastic playback. The sound and image quality are both at the highest levels. These full length 1080p HD downloads can be quite large downloads though, averaging 2 GB.

If you want to keep to high quality, HD settings but drop the file size you'll have 720p HD WMV downloads with 1280x720 screens (+5 Mbits) that look excellent as well, just not as large. Other options include DVD quality MP4 and MPEG downloads, as well as iPod-ready files. If you prefer to download scenes as shorter clips, you'll find options for that as well.

Your last option for viewing comes in a Flash video player. It is a very advanced player with many options. For those on slower connections, the Lite version of the player works great while still offering large resolution, high quality playback. The Flash player has up to a 960x540 screen and really the image quality is very near the 720p HD downloads.

Unfortunately the older videos remain in whatever media options they were uploaded in. If you go all the way back to the scenes added in 2005, they aren't very good. Most of the library is at least in a good DVD quality format, though.

There are huge picture galleries with each episode, often 300-500 shots per set. The images aren't high res at just 532x798 resolutions but they are professionally taken and look good. You can save them in zip files.

As for the porn, it's exactly what porn fans after reality/porn star/big tits action want to find. There isn't really a medical fetish angle, it's just that the doctor's office, nurse uniforms, etc. are used in the creation of the fantasy scenario. For example, in one scene busty Indian porn star Priya Rai complains of a terrible itch on her big tits -- it gets soothed with lotion, tit fucking, face fucking, and a messy cumshot all over her tits by the tending physician. There's a pretty even mix between the porn stars being the patients and the doctors. You'll see some anal, threesomes, ass to mouth, blow jobs and lots of big boob play.

The porn star cast is another distinguishing aspect of the site -- Shyla Stylez, Madelyn Marie, Sara Stone, Rachel Roxxx, Audrey Bitoni.. these are just models who have been on in the last few weeks!

On top of all of this material are the promised bonus sites. There are now 29 total Brazzers sites for you to enjoy that together offer thousands of original porn scenes in HD. Doctor Adventures has really grown since our visit in 2008. It's now home to nearly 300 original episodes and is offering 1080p HD. With access to thousands of other Brazzers scenes on the network and weekly updates to its own collection, the site is a great pick for any fan of reality porn, big tits, and hardcore action with porn stars.
