First impression

It's been a long time since we've had a new site offering hardcore gay porn worthy of a cinema release, but that's what we now have with the brand-new site, Disruptive Film. Launched in September 2021, this new venture with movies produced and directed by Waldon Woods and others sets out to offer full-length (up to 60-minutes) moves with style, class, character storylines and, of course, gay hardcore. Set to join the cast are porn gods, Dante Colle, Lance Hart, and Michael Del Ray among others, and their first big release, 'The Last Course' was directed by award-winning director Bree Mills.

We're among the first to gain access for a review, and although we were in right at the start, with only a few scenes, it was obvious from the first reel that Disruptive Films has set a high standard and intends to go on to great things.

Our opinion

Okay, so down to the nitty-gritty. Disruptive Films was less than a week old when I saw it and so I wasn't surprised to discover only three available movies. However, there's a raft of 'coming soon' features set up to be released week on week, and these stretch into the future, so there's going to be more for you by now. The entry price, the monthly streaming-only one, is fair, but with so many new scenes planned, the annual membership that also allows downloading may well be the way to go. What you see on the tour trailers is the standard of what you find in the full-length movies, and there's a promise of great things to come.

The new studio/site comes from LA and features some of the top names in gay porn. You can already find Dalton Riley and Ryan Jordan in a duo scene, 'Playdate,' and coming soon there's 'A Virgin no More' with older dad Dale Savage seducing first-timer, 19-year-old Jack Bailey. The military-themed 'Don't Ask Don't Tell' gives us 55 minutes of tough, male-on-male reality, and 'Guy Talk' staring Roman Todd offers us hard men in the garage workshop beating out their testosterone on each other in a film worthy of a cinema release.

The content is exclusive, of course, and movies run for up to 55 minutes so far. They are well acted and edited, giving us believable and engaging beginnings, horny and hardcore middles and cum-filled endings. The lighting, sound and design are spot-on, making these the kind of movies where you can switch off Netflix and settle in for a decent-length story where there's plenty of build-up, eroticism and hardcore bareback. There are only three scenes so far, but there is also a list of what's coming soon, and these are shown with their release dates; so far, they are to be weekly.

The standard monthly membership is streaming-only, but for that, you have eight options right up to 3,840 x 2,160 (4K HD). 1080p, 720p and 540p standard definition are included, and then there are four options suitable for mobiles, small devices and slower downloads right down to 160p. If you've got the annual membership, you can also download in the same resolutions, and all files are Mp4. They come with lengthy description and links to the models in the model index.

There are also three photo galleries so far, with 20 photos each, downloadable at 1,920 x 1,080 px, and they come with zip files if you want to take the complete set in one hit.

Good Site Navigation

Your members' area is arranged in three main sections. The Episodes, or the videos if you like, are one, and these are shown with large sample shots and upload dates. These lead directly to a viewing page where you find linked tag words which will be useful in the future when you want to search. You can rearrange the content, and there is also a basic search box. The same goes for the photos, which are shown in their own area, and the model index where there are already 14 guys lined up. You can leave comments, but there's no information about the guys as yet. There are no technical issues to worry about, no nasty adverts or pop-ups, and everything is clean and neat in a members' area that has an interactive design.

Extras
There are no bonus sites and no extras, but members can rate scenes, add them to a favourites area and also leave comments. Things may change in the future, but right now, the price is low because the content count is low, but that is set to grow week on week from now on.

Conclusion

Disruptive Film is set to disrupt the quiet of other studios who strive to produce Hollywood class gay porn, and fail. The movies promise studly, fit 20s and 30s hunks in full-on bareback, but also, older/younger action and character-driven stories. It's new, but it is adding a new and exclusive episode each week, stars top names, and has award-winning directors and crews behind the camera. The entry price is set low to start with, so make the most of that. It needs time to grow and add more content, of course, but it is definitely one to watch.

Competitors

If you want similar, but more classic, then check out Falcon Studios. You'll find more movies because it's been around for years, but you will also find a similar kind of actor in the scenes, and the same kind of quality, though more with a 'studio' style than a cinema one.
