The default is 720x480 and 1.5 mbps, which ends up being a great baseline quality. If you want to go higher and you have the connection that can handle it, you can go to 720x480 and 2.5 mbps. If you don't, you get to see a low quality 480x320 and 700 kbps that buffers incredibly quickly.

That's a hell of a lot of options for streaming, and they exceed that with their download options. You start things off with three different MP4s, two made for mobile devices and one made for cross compatibility. These are shown at 420x240 and 600 kbps, 567x320 and 784 kbps, and 525x296 and 1 mbps. The real highlight comes from the WMV and Quicktime versions, shown at 720x406 and 2.5 mbps and 853x480 and 3 mbps respectively.
