Gay Hot Movies is the gay niche site of Hot Movies, a large PPV site network. All of the videos here at pay per minute, so you only pay for the amount of porn that you watch. They're promising a massive amount of videos and studios, so it looks like you'll have a ton of different gay porn niches to check out. The vast majority of the content is non-exclusive, so you may have seen some of the videos on other sites. The sheer amount of content almost guarantees there will be something new for you here, though.

The member's area is the same whether you're logged in or not. They have quite a few different browsing features to get you around the site. There's a keyword search that you can look through title, stars, or any criteria. An advance search function lets you get even more specific. Gay Hot Movies delivers on its quantity promise – there are 115,000+ videos in total. Don't try to whack off to all of them at once or your poor dick might end up falling off, because that is a fucking massive amount. On average there is a full DVD added every single day. This is one of the largest gay PPV sites on the market, so if the DVD is out there, chances are you're going to be able to get it from the site.

Loading your account with credits is rather simple. You just click the package from the sidebar and it takes you to the payment processor. The credits are then added to your account so you can go ahead and enjoy yourself in this gay porn wonderland. You can also look at unlimited minute packages – these are themed packages that put a certain theme of videos or studios together, and provide 7 – 30 day unlimited minute packages for the videos in the set.

The DVD pages present a ton of information about the videos. You get front and back box covers, a large description of the action, video length, update and release date, and categories it appears in. A box with all of your viewing options appears underneath the DVD information. There are three different tabs for Stream, Download, and Buy DVD. The streaming tab clearly states the price per minute with each video, there are 5 different qualities, choices in streaming player, and 7 day and lifetime rentals. Downloads are available in WMV for 7 and 30 days. The buy a DVD option takes you to a Hot Movies partner site.

There are three streaming players – the Classic Player, the Silverlight, and Windows Media Player. I'm a big fan of Silverlight as it's been implemented wonderfully on every porn sites I've seen it on so far, so I'll take a run through all three. First off, the qualities are 160x108 and 30 kbps, 480x320 and 500 kbps, 480x320 and 741 kbps, 720x480 and 1.24 mbps, and 720x480 and 2 mbps. The streaming is smooth as silk, and the range of qualities allows you to choose the perfect size for your connection. The production value differs from video to video. The actual quality depends on the videos as well – some videos only offer high and low qualities, and not all have download and DVD purchasing options. I suppose it depends on the type of license and quality of the video that Gay Hot Movies has.

I have to say that I enjoyed the Silverlight player more than the two WMV players. It is a feature rich player that allows you to skip around to various sections of the videos, zoom in and out, and the extras added underneath gives you a lot of information on the scene while it's playing. The full DVD loads up but you can choose to go scene by scene using the tabs underneath. You can save videos for later and get recommendations after favoriting and rating DVDs and scenes. If you're into straight porn as well, you can easily jump between the gay and straight site offerings, and the credits translate to each.

Conclusion

Gay Hot Movies is an excellent choice if you don't want to deal with monthly fees, and you want to have a whole world of gay porn at your fingertips. The per minute pricing is reasonable, the entire purchasing process is streamlined, and it's excellent overall. The variety of qualities and streaming players are great, even if not all videos share the same options.
