First impression

Alterna Dudes was a favorite when I first reviewed it, and it looks like they've made plenty of improvements over the years to keep it going strong. First and foremost, it's all about the alternative dudes that other sites just don't ever bother touching. It's hard to say why, as these men are absolutely delicious, whether you want to go after the unique tone of the skater or the shock of beautiful, raven black hair of the emo.

Alterna Dudes member's area still has the same feel that it did previously, with the latest and greatest from different categories running down the middle. There's a sectional navigation up top that you can wander through, or you can just check out what the alt dudes are doing when they get a little naughty.

Our opinion

Alterna Dudes is currently sporting 351 episodes in total, all exclusive to the site. The sheer variety that comes from the various types of alt guys is enough to keep you tuning in every week for the update. If you can't find it in mainstream gay porn, you're going to find it here, that's for sure.

The episode pages have an absolutely massive, personal description about the action that is going to start getting your dick hard and ready for what's to come. The video download and stream are up top, while the photo gallery is hanging around at the bottom of the page.

Alterna Dudes offers both WMV and MP4 video formats, in full scene only. They've increased their quality up to 1280x720 and 4 mbps, which is simply beautiful to my emo loving eyes. This is a great increase from the 720x480 quality that was mostly dominating things the last time that we checked them out. Since there really aren't any goth and emo gay sites around, it's nice that they're making sure to take the extra mile. The scene length depends on what the guys are doing. I do have to say I noticed a nice amount of autofellatio – it turns out that surfers and skaters are fucking flexible as hell and glad of it. There's also hardcore and masturbation videos galore.

The photo galleries are pretty basic, but you do get access to a zip download and a slideshow. That should be more than enough for those of you that would rather view it outside of its gallery. You're looking at 50 pictures per set, shown at a quality of 1920x1440. The photos could use a bit of a size reduction, as they're a bit blurry at this size.

Each emo dude in the model's directory has a bio, so you get to really know what's going on with these boys. The extras section has behind the scenes videos, calendars and wallpaper featuring these alternative gay men. Finally, the blog section is pretty hot and interesting.

Conclusion

Alterna Dudes just keeps getting better and better over time. The collection is increasing at a steady pace, although not neck breaking by any means. The content quality has gone up, and they keep on finding hot emo guys, surfers and skaters to get all hot and bothered. You need to check this out if you love the alt guys.
