First impression

Cody Cummings is one hell of a hunk – his six pack pops right at you, his strong arms would make your heart melt and your dick go hard if he hugged you, and it turns out that he will fuck anything with a hole and a heartbeat. Once I got over the almost overwhelming force of Cody's personality and sexuality, I started making my way around the site. The main member's area has navigation running across the top that covers all of the sections available with a minimum of fuss, with the rest of the page dedicated to the latest updates. There are 90 exclusive sets that feature a video, screencap, and photo set, and they update every week .

The video listing page is a bit odd, with all of the stuff that you would expect on the individual video pages on the main page. You get a ton of screencaps, the description, and the trailer – and while that normally wouldn't be a problem, there are only four videos per page, and that leads to a lot of clicking and scrolling. Next Door Studios does it on all of their sites for some reason, and it's just strange. Not too annoying, at least. The actual video pages get down to business right away, with the Flash streaming videos (both small and large) right at the top, the DRM free downloads in WMV and Quicktime underneath, and the caps. The WMVs come in two different qualities, 720x400 and 2 mbps and 360x200 and 800 kbps, and the Quicktime is the same as the smaller WMV. As mentioned, Cody is always open to fucking. The sets vary between him with a girl, bisexual threesomes, solo scenes, and guy on guy action. Even the Cody on girl scenes focus on him mostly, so it's very fascinating to watch.

I've always been impressed by Next Door Studios' ability to get really awesome screencaps – it's hard to tell that they are caps to be honest. They are shown at 720x400 and have a little over 50 per set. It's not enough to take you step by step through the action, but it's close enough that if you want to use them as a preview it leaves little to the imagination. The photo shoots are excellent as well, with sets in the 50 photo range. The pictures themselves are around 800x1200, and the quality is professional through and through. The only thing that would have made it better would have been the addition of a slideshow or zip download.

Now on to the bonuses. I was excited to see that Cody Cummings had a blog – so many gay solo amateur focused sites don't provide much interaction or insight into the way they think, so this was a nice touch. Unlike many paysite blogs, this one rocks. It's obviously written by Cody himself, and not only does he talk about his day every single day, he also puts his own self shot pictures in.
