First impression

At first glance, you would be forgiven for thinking that the models you see at My Tranny Cams are girls. These transsexual models are up there in the glamour-girls category with Asian, Latina, 18 + teen and white Tgirls, all amateurs, appearing in live and public chat and doing things for you on cam, for a fee. It's from the same team as Live Privates and gives you a decent, but not huge, selection of shemale models to connect with.

Intro
What struck me about My Tranny Cams is that all of the models appearing here are shemales. That might sound obvious, but many chat/cam sites offer you shemales as only one part of a larger collection of models, and very often, therefore, only have a small selection. Although the site offers '2,000 models live now', or similar, there are not that many, but all of the models you do see are cute, gorgeous chicks with dicks, and very often, pert or big boobs. So, you don't need to go searching unless you want to get really specialised, and you can do that too.

Content
The site is made up purely of amateur Tgirls who are there to entertain you, and some of them have galleries with a few well-taken images. I didn't see any videos, as some chat sites offer, but I did see bios and information about each one, with stats and a list of what they will do for you once you are signed up and spending your credits. More about that in a moment.

What you see on the free pages is what you see when you have registered, which you do for free, but only once you have credits can you go private. There are some free group chat functions, and you can poke your nose into a girl's room and see what she's up to before you engage in something more private and intimate. It's easy to find who you are looking for thanks to the good category lists and large sample photos, some of which run short video clips of a Tgirl's chat session.

Technically the site works well. The streaming video player gives high-quality results, as long as you're on a good connection and have the up to date plugin (you'll be told if you need to update it and that's free too), and the text chat works fine.

My Tranny Cams is simple to use and navigate. You land on that homepage showing you a good variety of models, but there's a long category list to the left where you can specialise. Click a subject to see who is available in that category and then click through to her bio and video player page. You'll see the chat box to the right, and here you can have your words translated for you into a variety of languages. Some of the main categories are Anal, 69, Blonde, Latin, Free Chat, Ebony, Milf, Small Tits and the new section, VIP Show. That last one, like some of the others, was empty when I was looking, and it's a bit of pot luck to find Tgirls online and available.

Another category list and search/sort option are available under the menu icon in the top right, and this helps you find exactly who you want to see - as long as there is a model there and waiting.

Extras
You start your adventure with a freebie, 10 free credits when you register, and registration is free. You can make up a profile and share your likes with other members if you want to, and it's only once you are signed up, and in that, you can start going private. You will need to spend money in order to get really private and sexy though and how much this will cost you depends on what the Tgirls want to charge. Prices are generally around that $1.00 = one credit, or one minute, but if you buy a bigger package, you can save some money. These payments are non-recurring, so you don't worry that you are having your credit card bled dry once you start getting horny. Just make sure you have enough in the credit bank to see you through a long, hard, JO chat/cam, session.

My Tranny Cams also lets you see some pics of some models, and there's an Awards page where the top models are voted for, and you're free to join in with this.

Conclusion

My Tranny Cam is what you make it. Spend more and get more from it, drop in for free and have a look round and there's nothing to lose. The girls are hot and very special, with glamorous Asian and Ebony babes and white Tgirls, who are amateurs, and what they will do for you is clearly written up, so you're not mislead. It compares well to other cam sites and although there are not that many models around at any one time, they are all Tgirls and finding them is easy.

Competitors

As I mentioned in the My Tranny Cams review, you usually have to search a general chat/cam site to find transsexual performers. Most of them hold a category list and so you can choose from several chat/cam sites to browse around before you decide which one is best for you. Most, if not all, of them, let you do this for free, so there's nothing to lose.

Live Jasmin is probably the best known and biggest Asian cam site, and there is a Transgirl section in their main catalogue of who is available. The Tgirls here set their own prices per minute so make sure you know how much you are going to have to put in your credit bank before you get started. The site also has a very good reputation and is very easy to use.

Cams.com is also up there towards the top of our recommendations and, having just nipped over to check, I can tell you that there were 36 trans model online, with many more available at other times. This cam site lets you chat, see things for free, gives you good search options and category lists and comes in at comparable prices.
