First impression

Group Med Exams is a rather interesting gay medical fetish site concept. There really aren't a lot of full out med fetish sites out there, straight or gay, so it's always cool to see another one. This is not a strictly boy on boy site – some of the doctors and nurses doing the exams are female, but the focus is always on the male and what's going on to him.

There's a quick introduction to the site, letting you know when to expect new sets (twice a week). There's a super basic navigation bar, and down the main content area you have the latest updates. Of course there are plenty of places to get sex, and so very few to get material like this, so you'll certainly be enjoying it.

Our opinion

I'm already chomping at the bit to check out this great material, so let's get down to business, shall we? There are 50 photo sets and 50 videos in total. This is all exclusive material, and the site has not been going for that long so I'm definitely pleased at the overall collection size. The update schedule will get this one up rather quickly too.

The video pages are pretty sparse – there's a set name, description, thumbnail, and viewing options. You're rather limited in the ways you can check out the video. All you get is a streaming Flash video that is cut up into small clips. I would have liked downloads, of course, but more importantly it would have been great to have a way to directly go from clip to clip without interruption. Having to go from streaming page to list of clips to the next clip really fucked up my wanking rhythm. With that said, the videos are good quality at 640x480 and 1.5 mbps, and the scenarios cater to the fan that wants nothing but medical fetish all the way. The guys tend to be towards the twink end of the spectrum, although there are a few hunks and jocks along the way. The exams go for an average of 25 minutes, and really do encompass a broad spectrum of gay med fetish.

The photo sets are contained in basic galleries without zip downloads or slideshow options. I'm really not a fan of the whole barebones presentation thing that's going on here, but I'll live with it for now. The photo sets are very large, with an average higher than 200 photos per set. The subject matter is the same as the videos, and you'll find that these are average quality photos at 720x576.

Conclusion

Group Med Exams is an excellent gay medical fetish site that is hampered by a few technical problems. The first is the fact that there are no downloads, while the second is that everything is remarkably bare bones when it comes to features. A few more creature comforts added to this site would do it a world of good as it grows.
